Upon successful checkout you will receive an email from us detailing how and where you can send or email your photos to us. If you do not see an item that you would like or have an object you would like etched, please contact us for arrangements.

Specific criteria for customized items

When ordering one of our laser etched photo plaques, you will need to follow specific guidelines when sending us your picture. It is important that you send us a picture that is at least 300 dpi resolution. Any less than that will not yield good quality in your requested product. The higher the dpi and resolution the better. JPG files are preferred, and it is best if they are saved on the highest quality settings. Otherwise unwanted blurring might occur.
